Order processing
Order preparation takes 1–3 business days. We process orders Monday to Friday.
Orders are processed from 2922 N 35th St, Apt 20, Phoenix, AZ 85018-7423, United States.
Estimated delivery time
After dispatch, estimated transit time is 15–30 calendar days. Transit time does not include order preparation.
Shipping charges
Standard shipping is free for orders with a subtotal of USD 35.00 or more. For orders below USD 35.00, shipping costs USD 6.95.

Tracking
Tracking information is emailed after an order is dispatched when the carrier provides tracking details.
Shipping address changes
To request an address change, contact services@carphookworks.com while the order is still being processed. The shipping address cannot be changed after the order has shipped.
Taxes at delivery
Product prices include applicable taxes. Customers are not required to pay additional taxes at delivery under the confirmed store policy.
